Qualifications: (Based on full time employment)
Strong communication skills, with people-oriented, friendly personality.
Retail sales experience, with successful track record.
Organized, ambitious, and self-motivated to meet sales benchmarks and incentives.
Team player (get along well with others)
Ability to assist customers in selection of furniture/accessories to meet style preferences.
Available to work mixed weekday, evening, and weekend hours.

Compensation: (Based on full time employment)
5% straight commission of delivered sales total per month.
$400.00 weekly draw against commissions.
“Extra” pay for weeks that include Sunday work schedule.
Monthly bonus incentives based on reaching sales benchmarks. (Bonuses start @ $45,000)

Monday: 10AM – 6PM
Tuesday: 12Noon – 8PM
Wednesday: 9AM – 5:00
Thursday: OFF
Friday: 10AM - 8PM
Saturday: 10AM - 6PM
Sunday: (every other Sunday, noon till 5… paid extra for Sunday hours)

Meet expected minimum monthly average sales quota, ($45,000), and strive toward higher goals/incentive levels.
Follow-up with customers that do not purchase on first visit. (Maintain customer lists)
Maintain a neat and clean work area and sales floor, conducive to achieving maximum sales.
Other incremental duties as designated by management to be shared among sales team.
Attend sales meetings and attention to ongoing training/product knowledge.
Gain familiarity with product offerings from each partnering manufacturer/vendor.
Follow-up after sale to schedule delivery, finalize required paperwork to complete sales order.
Promptness (being on time), and dependability for scheduled work days/hours.
Gain proficiency in using catalogs/websites to sell ‘special orders.’
